Trans Fat Task Force
Health Canada invited The Canadian Council of Food and Nutrition to appoint a representative to sit on their task force. Final recommendations of the Task Force have been made public on June 28, 2006. For more information on the work done by the Task Force or to download the report visit http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/food-aliment/e_trans_fat.html.
CCFN will provide a response as part of the Canada Gazette 1 process, estimated timing is being determined.
